9. I use hydroxyzine also

I've had sleep issues for a long time with my depression and anxiety. After limited success with clonazepam, I used to take hydroxyzine and Seroquel at night to help me sleep. That worked, but Seroquel made me put on a lot of weight.

I decided I needed to find something other than Seroquel and I wanted to find something natural. I found out about GABA. It's a natural amino acid. I get mine through Vitacost. I take 500 mg or 1000 mg depending on how keyed up I am. It helps me to sleep through the night.

You can get 750 mg GABA capsules at GNC, but they are more expensive than Vitacost.
