5. I like L-theanine for focus and anxiety.

It's in a lot of sleep formulas with melatonin, but it doesn't make me sleepy.

Also, the Bach flower remedy Rock Rose is great for panic or mind racing, like when your mind races instead of letting you go to sleep at night.
