4. Maybe a 5 ...first few months of the year have been tough

Lost my aunt, then a week later my cousin. Family drama kicking up a storm, withdrawing from Wellbutrin, stress re my husband's job, like a lot of major stressors hitting back to back.

But I feel like maybe things are improving...

Husband went from contract to perm employee and we now have decent health insurance (after a year of crappy insurance that did not cover mental health visits)

Because of insurance, back to seeing my therapist regularly

Also scheduled doctor appointments for next month to address health issues (yay self care)

Just purchased tickets for a movie night in a couple of weeks which doesn't sound like much but will force me to leave the house (which I struggle to do), socialize because it is a part of Facebook group of fans of a podcast meetup type thing, and is a much needed date night for me and very supportive husband.

So a bunch of little things are adding up to counter a very bad few months.
