16. I'm having some sleep issues which is frightening.

For now I'm attributing these to non-mental health problems and I'm feeling like I'm coping rationally with them.

I really don't want to deal with another fade of psych meds. That merry-go-round truly sucks. I don't want to land in the locked psych ward ever again. They're nice people and all but they take your favorite shoes and give you those non-skid hospital socks. Maybe not coincidently my favorite shoes since have no laces. (--humor-- because the alternatives are worse.)

Seven on a scale of one to ten is good. But I can't ever forget that the very first thing that flies out the window for me when I'm drifting toward someplace awful is my ability to judge my own mental state. Any self reporting of 0-3 or 9-10 are almost certainly those of an unreliable witness.

to all.
