a spiritual awakening. Congratulations. Introspection is good for the soul. You might leave yourself little notes here and there. I am enough. I am worthy. I love myself. I am lovable. I am a good person.

Those mantras are very soul feeding as well. Good luck in your journey. Remember, the paths are many, the destination is one.
