(2,855 posts)35. I try to pacify my anxious brain by
giving it the "pacifier" it wants - calming repetitive tasks that re-center. For me this is vacuuming, folding towels, organizing sock drawers and playing a lot of mah jong on my phone. Also maybe 3mg melatonin tablet from Trader Joe's.
