2. chantix.... i am on day three. i go 10 days without, 27, 18, 18, ... lol

this is IT.

i cannot have one puff.

no. i have not really had the headaches. well, maybe some, but not consistent like you are so i did not see them as a sympton. i rarely get headaches and i know i had way more than i normallly do not have at other times.

mine is no the physical craving, or effected phiysically so much.

an interesting.

first day is easy

second is like mind saying really? not gonna give me any? i will show you.... lol. i start feeling like i smoke a pack in an hour. it also seems like there is effects with body purging.

but the end of the third day, that goes away and becomes more subtle attacks to get me to smoke.

day 7 seem to be the day of total cleansing in body.

symptoms... my mind ficks with me. can not really think of any physical symptoms. i can tell you symptoms with chantix. there are lots.

but, it is the only time i can actually say no to the voices in my head.
