4. I was on it for about 3 months. As soon as I was off it I started smoking only herbal cigarettes.

Maybe 1 pack a week. I did that for 3 months. Now when I think of smoking I think of those disgusting herbal smokes and how bad they made me feel. Champix really separated the act of smoking from the enjoyment parts of the brain.
