13. We bought a Speed Queen front load washer

from a local appliance store, with right side door hinges to fit our 100 year old house plumbing. This was during the covid shut down. It was supposed to take 3 months, after a few calls from store to the manufacturer, we finally got it delivered 7 months after ordering. It wasn't balanced correctly, they came out and fixed it immediately the same day. The closest other official vendor was 4 hours away. It was worth the wait to shop local.
