11. I saw many comments from people who use wheelchairs, walkers and those who have mobility

issues say that the paving would be an improvement for them. It is very hard to walk on grass with a rollator, a knee scooter, a wheelchair, crutches. I think they should keep the paving and restore the crabapple trees, the seasonal plantings (esp. the tulips) and back to the way Jackie Kennedy's designers had it.
