I'm worried my new neighbor won't like Tiger climbing up the pole of their deck [View all]

They just moved in the apartment downstairs and I noticed there’s some deck furniture. The last guy never used his deck so I’m worried. I can’t afford to move and I really really don’t want to, and I would be really depressed if they made me take down my hummingbird feeders. So I could use some help worrying, thank you.
