I think Patches has some kind of mites. I'm looking for medicine online online. Anybody have any experience with this?

It’s some sort of skin in the irritation under his fur, there’s tiny little black specks in his fur occasionally I’ve tried to look at with the magnifying glass. , but they’re really small. And there’s a roughness around his neck. I don’t know how it’s gonna work because Patches hides under the bed when anybody comes in the house, he seems OK this morning, begging for food and stuff, but he still stops to scratch and lick his back. thanks for your help.
