2. What do skills have to do with this?

This could happen to anyone. My brother called a few attorney's and told them he had a business and wanted to drug test, and wanted to watch the test being performed. The attorney's told him that wasn't a good idea. But for some reason it is being allowed for me. There are workers rights and laws that must protect us from this kind of treatment. What if I had something very personal under my pants that I didn't want to share with a fellow employee? What if you're male and wear women's panties? Now your fellow co-worker knows. How is that right?

What you need are the skills to get a better job. You will not win that one, no way. saras Mar 2012 #1
