If this post included a comparison between the hype around this and the Winchester Black Talon from twenty years ago that made nightly news...then it's clear cut and proper for discussion based on our SOP, in my opinion.

Ammo marketed with this kind of marketing flare attracts controller attention and stereotypes. I don't agree with their approach at all. It looks like they started out grossly overstating the muzzle energy associated with these light weight projectiles and a non +p or +p+ load. Several vendors still have the over stated fpe on their website. 490 fpe at the muzzle with only a 92 grain (as of now) bullet at 1265 fps....that doesn't math.
