10. For home defense/car carry, why not pick something bigger and easier to shoot?

The guns listed above are compact or sub compact 9mm more suited for concealment then home defense/car carry.

For home defense a shotgun, in general, is the best all around choice, preferably in 12 gauge due to a wider selection of ammo.

If you choose a pistol, then it should be a full sized one that you shoot well and that is reliable.
