http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/12/armed-civilians-do-not-stop-mass-shootings...this article appeared. I can't help ask if a potential mass shooting was stopped by someone concealed carrying, how would they know? None of the mass shootings were halted prior to qualifying as a mass shooting by anyone. Isn't that like not being able to autopsy someone that didn't die?
