25. Guns just don't go off as the misleading headline states.

Whenever you read a story like this, you know without reading it that the gun just didn't go off. That is so super rare as to also be combined with a ND is almost unheard of. C&Rs or antiques, sure maybe if they are dropped, but not modern handguns.

I would support criminal charges for this guys negligence.

The point of stories like this is to scare people into thinking guns just go off, "spontaneous discharge" is nonsense.
