6. Nice framing of the Party's problem. It does come down to that "leadership" thing...

The Party has been out of touch with millions of Americans regarding (quality) job loss, economic insecurity, and shaky futures, so it stands to reason it is quite capable of being out of touch regarding guns. Why there is not someone in leadership who sees the destructive role of Gun Control in the Party's fortunes is a perplexing question, one that I propose should be dealt with NOW.
