I too expect New York’s archaic law to be struck down, but the real question is how broad (or narrow) the SCOTUS decision will be.

The New York law is so outrageously restrictive that they have no one to blame but themselves. The state legislature should have fixed this law a long time ago.

New York turned an enumerated right into a privilege available only to a select few.

On a side note, I’m not a fan of so-called constitutional carry laws. I prefer must issue permitting on the condition of minimum standards being met by the applicant. My state has permitted carry and recently enacted constitutional carry, but I still have my permit and I plan to renew it before it expires.
