I think the election in Wisconsin was rigged for Scott Walker and that out of state Koch money and corruption by the GOP and the venders of the machines (the two party uncertified outfit running out of a strip mall in MInnesota) ... I also read the link you provided... here is a link to more info I posted on Thomhartmans community blog...
