2. I have flashbacks to death runs

I’ve not run 1/4 mile since being in the Army. Being in the Infantry or a paratrooper was a bad decision for a guy who hates running.

I just sucked it up and did it. And hated every minute. I found other ways to stay in shape. I never minded a ruck march
