A great idea for the Koch brothers, not so good for ailing veterans. I don't know of a good remedy for this stupid idea, other than electing a Democratic ticket in 2020.

The only change I'd recommend for the V.A.: expand the hell out of it, and make it available to all. Free. Classify every individual as "V.A. 100% disabled" at birth. I'd gladly pay a big tax increase for that.
