won't be a crop loss if I can't ship, but it would be an income hit for sure. I can easily hold my calves over a year as long as I get some rain this summer, but I would be going into some real debt if I can't sell this year.

the consolidated slaughter situation will affect most commercial producers. I know a couple of places I could get some animals processed and try to do direct marketing but I don't really like other people so sales isn't my strong point.
