9. Lancome makes the only eye makeup remover I can use...

and I have tried so many in order to find something less expensive that works. But their effacil is the only one that isn't oily and does not make my eyes burn. Some people love their bifacil but I find that too oily for my already oily skin. I can make the bottle last a long time but I still hate to pay that much!
