When one of my sisters was pregnant, she found she that could control her morning sickness by not eating after 7:30 PM. When one of my other sisters was pregnant, she found that she could control her morning sickness by eating just before she went to bed!

I was expecting to get hit with an avalanche of all the menopause symptoms. But my mood swings and fatigue (which were always part of my monthly cycles), were moderate at worst, my sex drive returned, and I had only one episode of what I would describe as a hot flash. Maybe that's because I didn't wait to start having symptoms -- I've been taking Estroven every day since the day I turned forty.

But now you'll have to keep count of how may months you go without a period -- twelve, and you're officially menopausal.
