Off topic and possibly not fair, but I went to highschool with "Nita", as she was called then, and refuse to read her. She was an unbearable snob then, and decidedly a "mean girl." Sad but funny that interactions from over fifty years ago can still sting. (I did read her Strange Fits of Passion years ago before I realized the author was "that" woman. I begrudgingly admit liking it.)
