Still reading Hidden Depths by Ann Cleeves, Good story; I'm just so exhausted from the heat every day I can't stay awake long enough to read much.
Listening to The Well of Lost Plots by Fforde. I love how this innovative author depicts the tools of creative writing as actual characters in this parallel universe he has imagined. I love that there is a council of genres, a department of jurisfiction, not to mention a rage counseling group for the characters of Wuthering Heights. (Poor Heathcliff
) I just laugh and laugh, listening to this, even though there is an evil murderer out to get everyone. So amazing.
