Criminal, about dyslexic detective Will Trent. Pretty gruesome, both the crimes and Trent's personal history. Good book, though.

Also reading Redemption, by Kate Flora, about cranky Portland, ME detective Joe Burgess.

Not great literature, but good police procedural.
