2. I don't expect everyone to have the same taste in books as I do

but there are some very good books listed on there so no, the whole book list is certainly not negated for me. I don't read any "romance" novels so I don't even care about that category.

I tend not to be the type to throw the baby out with the bath water, however. Many of the books in other categories I found to be excellent books.

YMMV.
