i read three to my niece the other day at the library. yurtle the turtle... bird with a tale... and bear an rabbit bragging. thru out the story, we would discuss what was happening.

(i personally did not do books by gender at that age. the girls are always princess and i kinda stay away from those)

i had 100's, lol for kids when they were little and have them boxed up.
