So I'm changing to something more suitable to discuss under your post. I notice that a lot of your books are what I like reading, and just finished one by Peter James. It has a bit of humor, lots of action, and I wonder if you've read it.

I have two problems with it and wish someone else was reading it so I could bet their opinions - questions about the plot.

As long as I'm on this topic, Cotterill & James both do a bit of "spirit" stuff altho science is important to both. And, they have nice characters and tricky plots, usually having some contact with the supernatural and ghosts.

I have to suggest James Doss' books to you. His books feature all those qualities, and being set in Colorado in and on Indian reservations, they're not like NY or LA gangster stories, they're almost like in a foreign country (the Indians do have their own government). Some of his books are paperbacks, are on Kindle in Amazon, and can no doubt be downloaded at your local library. Just a suggestion.

Thanks for all the good ones you've put me on to...
