1. I have only read 1984 and Animal Farm,

but you have my interest up on revisiting those two as well as reading others. It has been many years since I read them, so it will be like reading them fresh. I do remember that I liked Animal Farm better than 1984, but I also remember that both of them shaped some of my opinions about government and power and manipulation of the masses. And those opinions are still with me....I can't shake them.

I can't go into much discussion on your topic right now......I will look into reading more of his books before I can offer anything more. But thanks for the prod.
