Listening to an audio book that is staggering - "Native Son" by Richard Wright [View all]

I am nearly through with an experience I will not soon forget. Amazing that it was written in 1940 and considers racial hatred in such stark, raw, honest terms. Remarkable in that it points to the emergence of Martin Luther King (not in name, of course, but in function as providing leadership to a movement).

I suggest that this an extremely important book for everyone to read and experience.
