4. Cy Young's records is safe

Here's another one that seems safe. In 1999, Cardinals third baseman, Fernando Tatis, hit two grand slams in the same inning (against the same pitcher). He stands as the only major leaguer to do so. It's conceivable that his record for grand slams in a single inning could be tied, but it will never be broken.
