"Procedure"...
...is there to prevent injustices based on the emotional, personal agendas of individuals.
"Exoneration" is a word used to encompass as many "emotional, personal agendas" as is possible.

Live with it.

So let me just say this: That is the first time in my life that I have been wrong. It won't happen again.
