They have a history together. Lindor is reportedly ecstatic.

Waiting to hear who the Giants traded for Bryant. Could be top prospect Joey Bart plus ...? Giants needed another right-handed bat in the outfield (who isn't struggling).

Pablo to the Tribe? I'll say this: Sandoval is renown for bringing cohesiveness, fun and energy to the clubhouse. Teammates love him. Might be worthwhile keeping him around if only for that.

On edit: Cubs receive OF Alexander Canario (No. 9 SF prospect per @MLBPipeline and RHP Caleb Killian (No. 30)
