Philosophical differences. I saw this coming a mile away. Shildt has always had a monistic view that mind and body are manifestations of a single substance, while Mozeliak is obviously an adherent of dualism who sees mind and body as non-identical entities.

It was inevitable.



In all seriousness, I was taken aback by the news the speculation is that Mozeliak is doubling down on Jeff Albert. Shildt had success in spite of Albert, IMO.
