2. Went to my first baseball game to see the Mets

I was about 7. Shea Stadium. Glorious afternoon game. Days of Cleon Jones and Ed Kranepool. Mets lost, but I don't recall who they played. I had no perspective of how far baseballs would travel or when, every time there was a popup or fly ball I thought it would keep going for a home run.
