This is justice, baseball style. You throw at my guy, I'll throw at your guy. This how things are settled.
Case in point: What happened with the New York Mets and Chase Utley when he took a rather dirty slide into second to break up
a double play and broke the leg of Ruben Tejada. Because it was in a playoff game, the Mets couldn't retaliate at that time. So, they waited until they met up again the following season and Noah Syndegaard was on the mound that night.
MLB had already gotten wind of the situation and instructed the umpires ahead of time, to not let it get out of hand.
So what you will see, is umpire Tom Hallion who is also the crew chief handling the situation and placating a very heated Terry Collins.
