Haslam can't be fired, but that's where it needs to start.

Dump Ken Dorsey as OC. He hasn't done Watson or Winston any favors. And then I'd trade Chubb or Garrett for draft choices to replace some of the ones lost to Houston. Watson is still a cap problem. And the most expensive bench warmer in NFL history.

Tear it all down and start over.
