Go to youtube and watch some of the clips there. Highly recommend Scott Manley's stuff - he does excellent tutorials. You can also go to the official webpage and download a demo. I bought a license for an 11 year old nephew, and promptly ruined him. Now when he calls, it's all Apoapsis this and Delta-V that. Last time I was over he grabbed me by the arm and pulled me into the yard because there was a visible pass of the space station. My work there is done...
