I KNOW, I lived in DC for 20+ years. Worse? My husband, also an attorney, thought DC's status was 'OK!' (We separated, but not for that reason.)

HOWEVER, imo, Dems have LOTS more to do than try to address DC's disenfranchised status, like get ourselves back into MAJORITY status.
