Trdelník (Czech pronunciation: [ˈtr̩dɛlɲiːk]; or rarely trdlo or trozkol) is a kind of spit cake and variant of Kürtőskalács. It is made from dough that is wrapped around a stick, cooked over coals, and topped with sugar and walnut mix.
