are standing up against their hatred and bigotry...they have to wonder? Are they wearing blinders (like what horses wear) and totally ignoring everything that is in front of them? Obviously.

Our society, in this country, as a whole has moved far beyond these people (haters and bigots) in acceptance of gays, lesbians, etc., and that this country is for ALL people, not just them (bigots and haters). Civil rights are for ALL people, not just them (bigots and haters).

It's unfortunate that the media tends to hype upon those yelling the loudest, but if you concentrate really on those not screaming or yelling nonsense, you'll see the vast silent majority of Americans are supporting gays and lesbians, etc., immigrants, all groups that have been targeted by these loudmouths.
