Will trump usurp home rule for D.C. and with the republican congress, be able to meddle in the affairs of the residents?

She draws the cards and they are not good for D.C.'s home rule.
He will do his best to get rid of it.

What will be the future of the Smithsonian Museums?

She remarks that there are many exhibits which honor the contributions of Native Americans, of women, and of black Americans.

She thinks the museums will be closed or severely cut back. Another thing they will do is white wash them, in other words, get rid of the exhibits that explore the contributions of minorities.
