FOS (fructooligosaccharides) and inulin are examples. Interestingly Edgar Cayce recommended jerusalem artichoke for diabetes, and it is full of inulin. However, he got mixed up and said it contained insulin........LOL. NO!!

A little inulin can go a long way sometimes. It comes in a powder. I would probably energetically test this before consuming it to see the amount needed (if any).
