8. There is one supplement I never go a day without

and that is Magnesium. It has a marvelous ability to regulate the heart, plus so much more. Do you also take Vit D3? I take at least 5000mg. a day.

A very good OMega 3 is Moxxor with green lipped mussels. One of those babies makes an almost immediate diff. in my mood. I'm out of them now, though and using Dr. Mercola's Krill Oil.Good but not the same. I also like Traditional Medicine's Easy Now Tea!

I am a great believer in using lavender whenever possible to de-stress as well!

All of these things have greatly helped my Meno symptoms, plus EFT-tapping!
