My precious little 16 year old doggy died about 3 weeks ago. And I think I've cried for 2 of those weeks. She was at the vet for 4 days and we weren't sure what was wrong with her and the vet even thought she was improving but on the 4th day she passed. I was tore up most of the week not wanting to have to make that decision to put her to sleep, especially without knowing exactly what was wrong. I had a "talk" with her and asked her to please go if she wasn't going to get better, and about 15 minutes later the vet called and said she had passed. It's such a hard thing to do. My thoughts are with you and godspeed to little Lilly.
