the tension is DEFINITELY because you are trying to wait it out. I'm not saying you should or shouldn't. But the INNER SELF doesn't want to be there one more day; that's what Uranus is screaming about. It wants out.

I understand you waiting till retirement. I think one thing that does help is to make it REAL CONSCIOUS. "I am staying here on purpose knowingly sacrificing my inner self until retirement, which won't be much longer." That way it's all up front and I believe your unconscious (Uranus) will buy it more if you are up front about it.

Else, just leave, and like Jesus said, your needs will be met. That's path 2; which I know is scary to a lot of people.
