That will move Passover, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur and Hanukkah later in the solar calendar year.
While the Muslim calendar is also a lunar calendar, there is no specific season assigned to Ramadan, so the calendar is not adjusted and Ramadan can occur any time during the year.
